An introduction to personal training or form and technique advice if you've hit a plateau.
This initially session is to form a foundation to build upon if you're new to training or an assessment of your current fitness and strength.
Your trainer, with over 15 years experience in various training systems, will give you advice to start you off on the path you want to choose or help you over obstacles if you're not progressing.
Body mechanics and mobility are key areas to improve on to minimise injury and also to make further progress.
Calorie guide, caliper measurement and goals are all included in this one off session.
Please note. This is your FIRST session so please do not book again as changes are not available bit a partial refund will be offered. After this session you will receive feedback moving forwards.
Sorry but changes are not available. You can cancel within 48 hours of your booking and receive a partial refund of £20 will be issued. Cancellations and no shows with less than 48 hours from booking will receive an automatic £10 partial refund. Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be issued.
Doors open 5 minutes before sessions starts and will finish promptly when session ends. Additional time will not be offered if you arrive late.
